摘要: This paper aims to present a ranking method assess the airports of FIFA World Cup host cities, according priority in passenger opinion. The purpose is contribute with airport authorities, order identify improvement opportunities as operational bottlenecks. Two surveys were used: survey developed by Ministry Civil Aviation Brazil 2013, which was applied at 12 international and major Brazil, obtain weights relevance facilities. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) consolidate results these two surveys, providing global quality index for each surveyed airport. indicates that Curitiba Airport has best infrastructure among others analyzed Manaus one who needs more adjustments. indicate all
