摘要: In this work, we used the co-precipitation method to synthesize hydroxyapatite (Mn-SeO3-HA) containing both selenium IV (approximately 3.60 wt.%) and manganese II 0.29 wt.%). Pure (HA), hydroxyapatite-containing (II) ions (Mn-HA), selenite alone (SeO3-HA), prepared with same method, were as reference materials. The structures physicochemical properties of all obtained samples investigated. PXRD studies showed that materials homogeneous consisted apatite phase. Introducing selenites into crystals considerably affects size degree ordering. Experiments transmission electron microscopy (TEM) Mn-SeO3-HA are very small, needle-like, tend form agglomerates. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (ssNMR) analyze structure material. Preliminary microbiological tests material demonstrated antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, yet such not confirmed regarding Escherichia coli. PACS codes: 61, 76, 81
