Preliminary comparison of satellite BUV and surface‐based Umkehr observations of the vertical distribution of ozone in the upper stratosphere

摘要: Data from surface-based Umkehr and satellite ultraviolet backscatter observations of the vertical distribution ozone in upper stratosphere are compared. The data limited to four single-pass vertical-meridional at different seasons year during 1970. climatological means over several years observations. Although most made with surface systems do not coincide time, they nevertheless show a general agreement seasonal variations that clearly appear more complete set data. Average values concentrations for standard profile intercompared some significant differences.
