摘要: Abstract We develop a many-body theory for the quasiparticle properties of polar two-dimensional electron gas by including both electron-electron and electron-phonon interactions on an equal footing within random-phase-approximation. calculate effective mass renormalization, damping rate, renormalized density states, distribution function band-gap and, compare our theoretical results with available experimental data.
