摘要: Malignant tumors of the central nervous system in adults comprise a heterogeneous group malignancies, largest subgroups comprising astrocytomas, ependymomas, and oligodendrogliomas. Glioblastomas are most common tumor type, they have dismal prognosis. Due to differences cell type origin, as well pathogenesis, it is plausible that their etiology also differs between types.
