摘要: Marine sandy beaches represent dynamic environments often subject to harsh conditions and climate fluctuations, where natural anthropogenic inputs of freshwater from fluvial pluvial sources alter salinity, which has been recognized as a key variable affecting the distribution aquatic organisms influencing critical physiological processes. The marine arenicolous fungus Corollospora maritima is worldwide-distributed saprobe that reported present tolerance freshwater. Here, we transcriptome analysis will provide first insight genomic content for this gene expression comparison between two different salinity conditions. We also identified genes are candidates being differentially expressed in response environmental variations on during fungal growth. de novo reconstruction C. Illumina sequencing provided total 14,530 transcripts (16 megabases). growth rendered 103 specifically overexpressed seawater, 132 up-regulated under Using isolates collected beaches, specific regulation particular transcript differential was confirmed by RT-qPCR. To our knowledge, explores molecular responses overcome stress, these data could shed light understand adaptation plasticity mechanisms habitat.
