摘要: A transimpedance amplifier (TIA) has been designed in a 130 nm CMOS technology node to serve as sustaining for MEMS-based oscillator. regulated cascode (RGC) configuration is used at the input stage reduce impact of parasitic capacitance on TIA bandwidth well minimize loading effects Q-factor resonator. In typical conditions, achieves mid-band gain 112.5 dBΩ and 3 dB 239 MHz, while dissipating only 360 μW from 1.2V supply. linear RLC model MEMS wine-glass disk resonator resonating 20 MHz with 104 validate TIA. The post layout simulations show phase noise below −125 dBc/Hz 1 kHz offset floor −131.9 dBc/Hz.
