摘要: PURPOSE OF REVIEW This article reviews the current methods of improving outcomes when cataract surgery and endothelial keratoplasty are performed together. RECENT FINDINGS The refractive shift after is well known can negatively affect achieving emmetropia concomitant surgery. Recent articles have described ways better outcomes, including use nomograms mathematical models. Specific operative techniques recommended to minimize graft failure dislocation also performed.
