摘要: Porous aluminum oxide membranes with pore diameters smaller than 20 nm were prepared by anodization of aluminum. Using these porous as a template, we fabricated uniform gold cylinder arrays electrodeposition into the pores. All cylinders in array parallel, their long axes perpendicular to surface template. Electron microscopy, including transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning (SEM), employed characterize morphology templates nanometer scale arrays. The extinction spectra along longer showed that maximal (λmax) shifted short wavelength strengthened when aspect ratio (l/d) increased. dependence on size was explained qualitatively using approximate dynamical Maxwell–Garnett model, calculated results compared experimental ones.
