摘要: Abstract A novel and robust amperometric enzyme electrode for the detection of glucose has been constructed by immobilizing oxidase (GOD) on a boron-doped diamond (BDD) with cross-linking technique. Cyclic voltammograms were used to characterize electrode. The response was evaluated respect amount concentration BSA in reagent. Linear calibration curve obtained over range up 35 mM phosphate buffer, lowest experimental value measured being 0.5 mM.
