摘要: A new method for injecting and driving fluids by means of a multi-port injection valve syringe pumps in micro-channel network is described. structure composed two micro-channels arranged as cross connected with capillary tubes to an external valve. The fluid flows are driven pressure the controls direction flow within different sections structure. first position allows preparation loading sample, which pinched section micro-channels. second precise nL volumes. No dead volume exists between separation modes. system can be used prepare sample plug order perform chromatography broad range buffered or non-buffered solutions. Thanks insensitivity ionic strength this useful of complex biological samples microchip analysis. In demonstrate feasibility method, solutions fluorescent molecules were injected detected photoablated planar polymer device.
