摘要: Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate the clinical value and biological function long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) LINC-P21 in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), explore underlying mechanisms. Methods expression estimated using quantitative real-time PCR. functional role explored by gain- loss-of-function experiments. INS-1 cell proliferation analyzed a counting kit-8 (CCK-8)assay, glucose-stimulated insulin secretion measured an ELISA kit. miRNAs that might be sponged were analyzed, subsequent target genes predicted assessed cells. Results Serum elevated T2DM patients, which correlated with fasting blood glucose levels disease diagnosis. cells enhanced knockdown, but overexpression led opposite effects. miR-766-3p could directly inhibited reverse effects on β-cell function. Additionally, NR3C2 determined as miR-766-3p, positively regulated had same secretion. Conclusion All data demonstrated serum decreased serve candidate diagnostic biomarkers patients. acts potential regulator pancreatic β-cells through targeting upregulate NR3C2.
