摘要: Metastasis in the liver is one of most critical factors prognosis patients with colorectal cancer. The incidence synchronous metastasis has been found to be approximately 20-25%, but optimal timing surgical resection remains controversial. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy also beneficial not only for initially unresectable resectable metastases and traditional strategies hepatic past chemotherapeutic regimens have used less over several years. This review will discuss treatments association recently developed regimens.
