摘要: A Shopping Centre (SC) is a ''shop open to the public', installed in building, which include parking, several shops, technical, management, and shopping arcade. In current economic climate, maintenance of complex buildings, like centres, performed under tight budget context, essentially based on systems conditions. model, be effective, requires that service performance, covering different building components, measured. This paper presents methodology measure performance SCs management through two major indicators: Building Performance Indicator (BPI); Maintenance Efficiency (MEI). The results its implementation seven Portugal, show general condition facilities good (overall BPI= 86,45%) but low MEI values (<0,37) indicates insufficient resources are allocated activities this can compromise future facilities.
