摘要: The effects of the 5-HT1A agonist 8-hydroxy-2-(di-n-propylamino)-tetralin (8-OH-DPAT) on food intake were investigated in food-deprived rats. 8-OH-DPAT (25-100 microg/kg) administered subcutaneously immediately prior to presentation produced a dose-related decrease rats that had been fasted for 22 h. hypophagic effect (50 was abolished by pretreatment with selective receptor antagonist n-[2-(4-2-methoxyphenyl)-1-piperazinyl]-n-(2-pyridyl) cyclohexanecarboxamide (WAY 10063; 0.3 mg/kg). results this study show acute dose-dependent depressant is mediated an action at receptors.
