摘要: Six patients developed dementia-like cognitive changes that appeared to result from administration of steroid medications. Four the never showed symptoms psychosis; remaining two continued show dementia well after their psychoses had resolved. The was characterized by deficits in memory retention, attention, concentration, mental speed and efficiency, occupational performance.
