摘要: Rabbit lymphoid cells transferred to newborn recipients synthesized donor-type immunoglobulin. Elimination of donor T did not affect this synthesis immunoglobulin, while elimination B abolished or significantly decreased the synthesis. The synthetic capacity from thymus was thirty-four times greater than capacities spleen, fifty-five that mesenteric lymph nodes and 180 appendix cells. Synthetic activity spleen ceased before tenth day after transfer, might continue synthesize immunoglobulin for a longer time. This shown by comparing half-lives in recipients' sera. Increasing number injected (from 2 x 10(6) 120 10(6)), resulted corresponding increase Ig With cells, increased with cell numbers up 10(7) above dose there no further serum.
