摘要: An analysis is presented concerning problems of correct application approximation formulas such as Neuber's rule for the case inelastic net section behavior notched members. The rules developed allow a generalized consideration elastic-plastic any type loading and notch geometry. illustrated by discussion experimental calculated load-notch strain curves different specimens.
