摘要: Two dimensional elastic-plastic finite element model was used to simulate the stress-strain and deformation at root of a notch under both monotonic cyclic loading. The analysis performed for plane stress state constant amplitude loading zero ratio. Twenty one single edge notches having different depth radius were studied maximum stresses. Relevant kinematic parameters corresponding unloading phases cycle computed correlated. Elastic-plastic analyses concentration factors invoked. plastically deformed zones are presented
