摘要: A differential form of Neuber's rule, originally proposed by M. Chaudonneret, has been formulated for a generic viscoplastic notch problem, making extensive use suitably normalised stress, strain and time. It shown that the stress-strain history at root in body can be determined directly from elastic response, provided far-field strains neglected. rule also applied to more general cases stress concentration notches under (i) nominal creep conditions (constant stress) (ii) relaxation strain). Predictions are good agreement with results finite element analyses. Stress factors have observed approach stationary values after long-time loading. The factor falls below conditions.
