摘要: The existing literature on studies of the inhibitory effect moderate heat doses malignant tumours is briefly reviewed. An experimental technique treatment mouse in vivo under accurate control intratumoural temperature described. In experiments with an isologous transplantable mammary carcinoma, controlled application a dose led, many cases, to permanent cure transplanted tumour without causing any damage surrounding normal tissue. The necessary range 41·5 43·5°C are worked out revealing definite relationship between and exposure time. The induces distinct histological changes cells, whereas it does not cause stromal vascular cells tumour, or tissue. Immediately after application, were revealed mitochondria lysosomes cells. These increased intensity size become more pronounced within few hours days. Within first hours, nuclei chromosomal nucleolar chromatin developed, some variation individual 24 hr curative dose, all showed severe injury. After smaller reaction was less intense, variations several did show signs lethal injury. Autolytic disintegration heat-damaged occurs very rapidly. connective tissue stroma increases markedly volume, scar forms. The examination reveal details process, but light biochemical observations, reasonable assume that direct due elective activation acid hydrolases localized
