摘要: Resume L'antigene carbohydrate 19-9 (CA 19-9) est un marqueur tumoral largement utilise. Mis en evidence a l'origine dans une tumeur colorectale, l'indication majeure de son dosage serique se situe la surveillance postchirurgicale et therapeutique du cancer pancreas. Son elevation d'autres cancers, notamment sphere digestive, elargit domaine d'application, associe ou non marqueurs tumoraux.
