Tumor markers carbohydrate antigens CA 19-9 and CA-50 and carcinoembryonic antigen in pancreatic cancer and benign diseases of the pancreatobiliary tract.

摘要: Sera from patients with diseases in the pancreas, gallbladder, and bile duct were analyzed for tumor markers CA 19-9, CA-50, carcinoembryonic antigen. In particular 19-9 CA-50 appear to be valuable differentiating malignant benign disease these organs. Our sample of 72 pancreatic cancer also indicates that 19–9 complement each other 21% cases. They are shown reliable monitoring disease: following radical surgery low levels noted, while progressive rises related progression.
