摘要: The availability of captive breeding makes a big contribution to wildlife conservation. zoos become useful and scientific place for animal protection conservation research. Moreover, some technologies, such as noninvasive endocrine monitoring, artificial insemination (AI) semen cryopreservation are widely implemented during the breeding. Reintroduction programs have been established with effective managements monitoring ensure survival rate, genetic purity original biological traits. Mexican grey wolf ( Canis lupus baileyi ) Red Wolf rufus two successful examples in order keep diversity.
