摘要: Background Various agents are used these days for increasing the esthetics. One such procedure is bleaching that offers various advantages, as it minimal invasive and cheap option to color teeth remove stain. The altered enamel after process shows surface demineralization porosities. present study aimed evaluate effect of different on microhardness enamel. Materials methods A total 100 freshly human extracted maxillary premolar were selected study. Teeth with sound tooth structure included All specimens randomly divided into four groups 25 in each group depending upon type agent used: Group A, artificial saliva (Control group); B, 35% hydrogen peroxide (HP); C, 25% HP; D, 10% carbamide (CP). Knoop Hardness Number (KHN) was calculated at 24, 48-hour, 7-week interval. Results showed no statistical significant differences between (p 0.005). Conclusion Although nonsignificantly, all solutions produced some amount alterations microstructure More studies higher more advanced estimation technologies required minimize promote better outcome procedures.
