摘要: Abstract Nanostructured Cu-W composites i.e. a mixture of nanometer-sized Cu and W crystallites were prepared by means an inert gas condensation technique . Structural investigations indicated that the cyrstallite size depends on content atomic arrangements in Cu/W interfaces differ from ones Cu/Cu grain boundaries. Stabilization fine crystallite 10 nm range was demonstrated to be possible nanostructured up 500°C. The density is enhanced relative single component materials.
