摘要: Abstract The avian IgY antibodies generated in hens and isolated from egg yolk have gained popularity as they present an alternative source of for diagnostic well therapeutic applications. One the advantages technology are large amounts produced a single animal combined with their high reactivity representing attractive mammalian antibodies. Despite many known protocols immunization chickens, administration new antigens often requires additional modification such antigen dose or use adjuvant order to elicit significant immune response. We investigated immunogenicity three Staphylococcus aureus including two extracellular proteins Map Efb one selected Efb105–124 epitope conjugated KLH that were administered animals. Additionally, protocol included systems: Freund's complete Emulsigen-D. results demonstrated immunostimulatory potency adjuvant, especially case compared response elicited by However, after KLH-Efb105–124 conjugate, obtained showed similar regardless system used only exception being avidity.
