摘要: Rotavirus (RV) and norovirus (NoV) are the two most important causes of viral gastroenteritis. While vaccine remains an effective prophylactic strategy, development other approaches, such as passive immunization to control treat clinical infection illness these pathogens, is necessary. Previously we demonstrated that high titers NoV-specific IgY were readily developed by chickens with NoV P particles. In this study, a dual against both RV through divalent comprising neutralizing antigens NoV. This vaccine, named P-VP8(∗) particle, made particle carrier spike protein VP8(∗) surface insertion. Approximately 45mg obtained from each yolk anti-P anti-VP8(∗) antibodies detected ELISA, Western blot, HBGA blocking (NoV RV) neutralization assays. Reductions replication observed viruses treated before after inoculation into cells, suggesting application therapeutic treatment. Collectively, our data suggested based could serve practical approach RV.
