Estimation of acute myocardial infarct size in man by serum CK-MB measurements.

摘要: This study was performed to determine the relationship between myocardial infarct size estimated by serum CK-MB methods and extent of irreversible injury in acute infarction. In 321 consecutive patients, different mathematical models, 22 patients who died hospital, necrosis determined autopsy. We also investigated depletion infarcted tissue, recovery plasma volume, estimation from plasma. Myocardial relatively greater larger infarcts, whereas enzyme independent size. Correction for changes volume improved estimate significantly (p less than 0.05). The correlation measured (g) (units per liter gram-equivalents) highly significant (r = 0.85--0.89, SEE 23--27%, p 0.001). Thus, a semiquantitative expression can be vivo.
