摘要: Transplantation with neural stem cells (NSCs) is a promising clinical therapy for Alzheimer’s disease (AD). However, the final fate of grafted NSCs mainly determined by host microenvironment. Therefore, this study investigated role Sanjiao acupuncture in NSCs-treated hippocampus mouse model, senescence-accelerated prone 8 (SAMP8) using Western blot, real-time fluorescent PCR, and immunofluorescence techniques. Meanwhile, we developed co-culture model hippocampal tissue specimens vitro, to observe effects on survival, proliferation differentiation flow cytometry. Results showed that pre- post-NSCs transplantation significantly improved senescence-induced cognitive dysfunction (P < 0.05); upregulated expression basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF), epidermal (EGF), brain-derived neurotrophic (BDNF) also increased count neuron-specific nuclear protein (NeuN)- glial fibrillary acidic (GFAP)-positive (P < 0.05). Therapeutic may regulate cytokine levels associated proliferation, microenvironment, promote repair damaged cells, resulting performance mice.
