摘要: In this paper, we describe the evolving use of nipple-sparing mastectomy and direct to implant breast reconstruction according existing literature our own experience. The surgical method enables superior aesthetic results resembling that a natural while maintaining oncologic safety. Acellular dermal matrix by serving as hammock can be used with acceptable rates complications. A successful approach postoperative complication relies upon quality skin flaps correct patient selection. has developed rapid pace expected evolve further in terms technical modalities, safety measure lasting results.
