摘要: Summary 1 . The time course and concentration-response relationship of amylase release from pieces guinea-pig pancreas in vitro response to bethanechol pancreozymin was determined. 2 . Removal Ca++ the medium had no effect on basal but abolished stimulating bethanechol. 3 . Elevation concentration Mg++ increased reduced bethanechol. 4 . K+ release; this blocked by a atropine which also bethanechol. 5 . Cyclic AMP, dibutyryl cyclic AMP theophylline failed stimulate release. Pancreatic concentrations were found not be bethanechol, or an elevated medium. 6 . Colchicine pancreozymin. 7 . It is concluded that coupling stimulus secretion involves ionic control neither production nor microtubular mechanisms play major role controlling exocytosis pancreatic acinar cell. These findings are discussed relation stimulus-secretion processes other cells.
