摘要: Abstract We isolated a human leukemic cell line UT-7/GM from UT-7, which can differentiate into mature erythroid cells with erythropoietin (EPO) treatment. Using this line, we examined the effect of truncated EPO receptor (EPOR-T) on EPO-induced differentiation. Transfection studies revealed that expressing exogenous EPOR-T were likely to undergo apoptosis even in presence EPO. In addition, EPOR-T–transfected could not hemoglobin-positive after administration These results suggest is negative regulator anti-apoptosis and The form was expressed seven nine cases myelodysplastic syndrome but normal controls. patients syndrome, dysregulated expression may cause blockage differentiation, resulting ineffective erythropoiesis.
