摘要: In skeletal muscle (extensor hallucis proprius) and mesentery of anesthetised (pentobarbital 30 mg/kg) female rats (200 g) we have compared reactivity to O2 arterioles venules with their response a vasoconstrictor (epinephrine 5.5 x 10(-7) M) vasodilator (adenosine 10(-4) M). Muscle fully constricted epinephrine dilated adenosine (22%). did not respond changes in superfusate pO2, 18% 10% adenosine. the pO2 had no effect on diameters or but by 19%, while (6%) venules. When set arteriolar venular during superfusion at 100%, appeared operate 63% mesenterial 84% maximal diameter normal tissue pO2. For these percentages were 91 97%, respectively. Arterioles thus higher tone are greatly sensitive our preparation not.
