摘要: In this work, SnS films were deposited on copper substrates under different pH values by chemical bath deposition. The varied from 8.44 to 11.26 and obtained at 10.62. Films of Sn6O4(OH)4 for lower than 10.62 mixed phases Sn2S3 formed 11.26. deposition parameters 70 °C 3 h all samples. Structural, morphological optical properties analyzed XRD, SEM UV–Vis–NIR respectively. addition, vibrational modes identified Raman spectroscopy 60 380 cm−1. exhibited an orthorhombic structure a crystal size 15 nm. morphology the was transformed pyramidal rice shape as increased. Gap value found be 3.11 eV 1.17 eV, however, gap 0.61 eV. thickness around 1.7 micrometers, which is appropriate solar cells applications absorber material.
