Phytosociological analysis in Sardinian Mediterranean temporary wet habitats

摘要: The aims of this research were to contribute the knowledge Mediterranean temporary wet habitats vegetation and investigate spatial distribution temporal successions plant communities under different hydrological regimes in North Western Sardinia. was sampled located large depressions (temporary ponds), small patchwork with dominated by Myrtus communis (waterlogged soils) rocky outcrops (rock pools). Three belts recognized ponds: a central belt, an intermediate outer belt. Overall 11 associations subassociations identified, within 4 syntaxonomic classes: Potametea, Isoeto-Nanojuncetea, Isoeto-Littorelletea Phragmito-Magnocaricetea . Four new have been described: Isoeto tigulianae-Callitrichetum brutiae, Romuleo requienii-Isoetetum histricis, Apio crassipedis-Elatinetum macropodae , Lythro hyssopifoliae-Crassuletum vaillantii Moreover, Preslion cervinae alliance Isoeto-Nanojuncetea class, Tyrrhenian suballiance Apienion crassipedis has established, for which typical association is crassipedis-Isoetetum tigulianae Biondi & Bagella 2005 corr. hoc loco. Aquatic found belt ponds rock pools. Late winter–spring amphibious present almost all habitats. Summer exclusively ponds.
