摘要: The Aspergillus niger strain BO-1 was grown in batch, continuous (chemostat) and fed-batch cultivations order to study the production of extracellular enzyme glucoamylase under different growth conditions. In pH range 2.5-6.0, specific productivity rate fungus were independent when batch cultivations. increased linearly with 0-0.1 h(-1) constant 0.1-0.2 h(-1). Maltose maltodextrin non-inducing carbon sources compared glucose, maximum 0.19 +/- 0.02 irrespective whether glucose or maltose source. cultivations, titres up 6.5 g l(-1) obtained even though contained only one copy glaA gene.
