α-Amylase production in recombinant Aspergillus oryzae during fed-batch and continuous cultivations

摘要: Three α-amylase producing strains of Aspergillus oryzae used for recombinant protein production have been studied with respect to growth and in fed-batch continuous cultures. The three are (i) a wild-type, (ii) transformant strain the wild-type containing additional copies gene (iii) morphological mutant strain. It is found that related process. Comparison morphology reveals changes fungus influence during submerged growth.
