Surgical along with first-line salvage chemotherapies, are standard recent innovations in chemotherapy delivery innovative therapy mechanism action reviewed this article. Extensive experience has outlined algorithms for managing various toxicities. focus may ultimately point towards palliative care clinicians must be comfortable well versed addressing important option. Overall, requires multi-faceted approach, keeping the patients' overall health, curative goals well-being at forefront.
