摘要: Over the past 7 years, there have been a significant number of studies describing structural and electronic properties, as well chemical reactivity, synthetic peroxomanganese adducts. Many redox-active manganese enzymes, including manganese-containing superoxide dismutases, extradiol catechol dioxygenases, ribonucleotide reductases, are proposed to feature intermediates in their catalytic cycles. The recent efforts model these using complexes thus provided strong complement mechanistic enzymes. This review provides both summary perspective work this area, with an emphasis on relationship between geometric structure reactivity for η2-peroxomanganese(III) η1-alkylperoxomanganese(III)
