摘要: Objective :-  The aims of the present study are to determine toxicopathological and pathophysiological effects carbon tetrachloride (CCl4), with measurement residual quantity CCl4 in liver tissue by (HSGC) method. Methodology :- 40 Swiss strain white mice were used, average weigh about 30 –32 g , divided into three groups, T1 T2 group administrated (100 200 mg/kg/body weight respectively given via intraperitoneal injection two does weekly for day). While 3 rd served as control. Clinical signs reported during course then at day post treatment all animal sacrificed, blood collected 20 days period biochemical test  mortem examination was done any gross lesions reported, section taken examination, also accumulated Head-Space Gas Chromatographic analysis Results All results showed that caused significant increase serum alanine aminotransferase aspartate activity. Histopathological picture liver, damage parenchyma, disappear arrangements hepatocyte, loss hepatic cord, congestion dilatation vessel coagulative necrosis apoptotic cells. Infiltration inflammatory cells (macrophages &lymphocyte). Also high from tissue. Conclusion investigated affected on tissue, causes histopathological lesion elevation enzymes specially ALT& AST accumulative effect after GC system. And degree influence depended concentration toxic dose .
