摘要: To compare the effect of low-dose whey protein-enriched and sucrose-enriched water beverages on postprandial satiety energy intake. Sixty overweight obese women were given water-based protein carbohydrate (CHO) or placebo six different occasions in a double-blind, randomised cross-over study. The 2 (178 kJ) 4% (348 kJ) (Clear Protein8855), (157 kJ), 4 (314 kJ) 10% (785 kJ) water, sweetened control. Beverages matched for volume, colour, flavour sweetness. A standardised evening meal was provided before each study day breakfast upon arrival at clinic 0900 hours. beverage preload midmorning 1100 hours, an ad libitum outcome lunch 1300 Subjective appetitive responses recorded through until 1500 hours using visual analogue scales. Fifty-five participants completed all conditions. Neither nor sucrose preloads decreased any hunger, fullness, thoughts food satisfaction when compared with control (all, P>0.05). There also no significant macronutrient intake (P>0.05), compensation consumed within beverages. evidence increased content supplemented up to (w/w) sucrose, group but unrestrained young middle-aged women.
