摘要: Abstract Molecularly thin perfluoropolyether (PFPE) lubricant film composed of bonded and mobile molecular layers was dip-coated on diamond-like carbon (DLC) surfaces, experiments using a ball-on-disk tribotester were carried out for the friction durability characteristics film. The average thicknesses varied independently up to 1.5 4 nm, respectively, by changing concentration PFPE solution curing time after dip-coating. experimental results show that is reduced with an increase in thickness either layer but more dependent upon layer. When total kept constant, reduction enhanced ratio, which defined as divided thickness. Based test, it found optimum existed longest lifetime film, excess molecules them only
