摘要: OBJECTIVE: Few studies have examined the time-dependent change in functional recovery along with factors that affect among older hip fracture patients. The focus of this study is to examine predictors community-dwelling people subcapital fractures using longitudinal data analysis methods. DESIGN: A 1-year prospective study. Information was obtained through structured interviews following surgery and at 2, 6, 12 months after hospital discharge from medical chart review. SETTING AND PATIENTS: sample consisted 312 adults, admitted one seven Baltimore area hospitals a fracture, who received either internal fixation or hemiarthroplasty. RESULTS: mixed-effects regression indicates time prefracture physical activities daily living (PADL) had significant association PADL over course 1 year. Among those 85 years older, were disoriented poorer than not disoriented.
