摘要: TiO2 is one of semiconductor materials which are widely used as photocatalyst in the form a thin film. The film prepared by using spin coating sol-gel method. researcher with 3 variations and X-Ray Diffraction characterization, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, Electron Microscopy Scanning, examined its hydrophilic anti-fogging properties. result showed that phase formed anatase on 101crystal field. Scanning images films had homogeneous surface particle sizes big 235 nm, 179 137 nm. thickness each was 2.06μm, 3.33μm, 5.20μm. characterization Spectrophotometer greatest absorption to wavelength visible light film's coatings band-gap determined 3.30 eV, 3.33 eV Plot Tuoc. These results indicated rate would be increased increasing makes able an substance.
