摘要: One diastereomer of trans-zearalenol [2,4-dihydroxy-6-(6,10-dihydroxy-trans-1-undecenyl)-benzoic acid-mu-lactone] was isolated from cultures Fusarium roseum 'Gibbosum.' This strongly estrogenic metabolite identified by analysis its mass spectrum and behavior in thin-layer, high-pressure liquid gas-liquid chromatographic systems. The concentration zearalenol 563 mu g/g, or 7% the 8,000-mu g/g zearalenone content, while two diastereomers 8'-hydroxyzearalenone each occurred at 3% level. Of possible zearalenol, one occurring identical to low-melting-point (171 degrees C) isomer (alpha) obtained synthesis. In rat uterus bioassay, alpha three times more than beta equal activity zearalenone. can be distinguished other intensity m/e+ 302 fragment pure underivatized compound.
