摘要: Transport of tetraethylammonium, an organic cation, has been studied using renal brush-border membrane vesicles isolated from rats with ischemic and ischemia-reperfusion injury, H+ gradient-dependent uptake tetraethylammonium slightly, but significantly, decreased in kidneys. When the kidney was reperfused after ischemia, extent decrease much greater than that ischemia alone. The Vmax value by kidneys compared control, without any change Km value. both presence absence outward gradient (driving force). Uptake d-glucose also again, reperfusion caused a further uptake. Reperfusion induced marked changes enrichment recovery marker enzymes fraction ischemia. These findings suggest injury altered transport properties as well d-glucose, damages on these functions membrane.
