摘要: The transport of aminocephalosporin antibiotics such as cephalexin, zwitterion, by rat renal brush border membrane vesicles has been studied in relation to the system organic cation. Cephalexin uptake was inhibited cations tetraethylammonium, 1N-methylnicotinamide and choline, whereas cefazolin not. Tetraethylammonium aminocephalosporins stimulated countertransport effect cephalexin. In agreement with mechanisms cation, presence an H+ gradient ([H+]i greater than [H+]o) induced a marked stimulation uptake, this HgCl2 tetraethylammonium. These results suggest that can share common carrier cation membranes, could be part tubular secretion for aminocephalosporins.
