摘要: Abstract One of the major issues for knowledge management in a project environment is poor success analysis and lack proper documentation on results previous projects. In this research, we investigate which way analysis, presented as framework, can improve environment. An empirical research was conducted order to define contribution framework The data gathered from 103 managers different industries Serbia during 2013. Research have confirmed that through definition critical factors, key performance indicators performance-measuring process has very positive influence acquisition transfer This paper presents an integrated new knowledge-based approach management.
