摘要: The authors of this study examined the influence transactive memory systems (TMSs) on team performance and cohesion, as mediated by psychological safety. Using a sample 178 undergraduate students representing 27 service-management teams in real-life restaurant setting with real-world consequences, TMS exhibited significant positive relationship cohesion. Team safety was found to mediate between outcomes. Based findings, theoretical practical implications are discussed.
